Grants will not normally be awarded for operational requirements, or to rescue an organization from a financial deficit situation; to religious organizations, unless the community-at-large will benefit significantly; to individuals (except scholarships); to promote political, religious, moral or ethical philosophies; or for purposes which may be deemed discriminatory. Grant size will vary and will be determined by the Board of the Foundation and its Grants Committee, based on available funds and the potential value of the project to the community.
